The Anapurna H2050i LED represents a new generation of devices from the Belgian manufacturer, based on energy-efficient LED technology. Designed for a variety of outdoor and indoor applications, it prints on rigid and flexible substrates up to 2,05 m wide. Agfa Graphics cites signage companies, digital printers, photo shops, and mid-sized screen printers seeking an efficient and versatile solution for both flatbed and roll-to-roll printing as its primary target audience.
The Anapurna H2050i prints in six colors with optional white and is equipped with an automatic substrate feeding (ABF) system for rigid substrates, which further increases system efficiency (up to 104 m²/h in draft mode). Konica Minolta printheads deliver high ink quality and precision, delivering droplets as small as 12 picolitres (30 pl for white). One of the plotter's greatest advantages is its UV LED curing/drying function – the device is equipped with air-cooled 16 W/cm² LED lamps, which minimize energy consumption and enhance the overall environmental friendliness of the system. This allows the use of high-temperature-sensitive substrates (e.g., foam board, foil, or PVC). The lamps themselves offer a longer lifespan than mercury lamps (over 10,000 hours), and the machine is ready to use immediately after switching on (LED lamps require no warm-up time).
For rigid media, the Anapurna H2050i can print materials up to 2,05 m wide and 3,2 m long (with the four-table version). For flexible media, the width is limited (2,05 m), while the length depends on the weight and diameter of the roll. Like all Agfa Graphics large-format devices, the plotter is controlled by the Asanti workflow system.
A fully modular UVgel printer for large-format graphics printing on roll media. Configure the entry-level system to meet your needs, then upgrade as your print volumes increase.
Unique UVgel technology combines excellent quality, high efficiency, and exceptional versatility in a single, economical plotter. Unprecedented efficiency, high print speed, and short drying times allow for quick cutting or transport preparation.
The Colorado series is designed for unattended printing and seamless job switching. Operators will complete more tasks throughout the day and experience greater job satisfaction.
Save on running costs thanks to reduced ink and energy requirements, the reliability of the built-in printhead, and low maintenance for long-term uptime.
Consistent, very high color quality thanks to precisely applied gel ink droplets, which provides a wide color gamut, high saturation of dark areas and faithful reproduction of skin tones.
Handles multiple jobs and a wide range of media, including thin and heat-sensitive media up to 64 inches wide. Perfect for indoor and outdoor applications.
Options include matte printing, duplex printing, and a second roll of media. Expand your printer as your business grows. Remote and on-demand upgrades are available—no service visits required.
We're pleased to present the first high-quality large-format UV plotter in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and one of the first in Poland: the Arizona 350 XT, with a white color option. Usage:
boards and marking elements
production of stained glass and illuminated advertising
personalized printing on small and large elements
creating 3D ads
applying graphics to furniture elements
creating interior and trade fair architecture elements
production of packaging and stands
A plotter with a working area of 2100 x 4100 mm with a vacuum table for easy material clamping. The 9kW, 24000 rpm air-cooled HSD spindle is durable and reliable, and thanks to the automatic tool change system, it shortens the time needed for projects requiring multiple tools. This machine is also an ideal solution for carpentry shops. The tool length correction system allows for quick tool changes, as the Z-axis positioning does not need to be re-established. The machine is equipped with a camera system for cutting previously printed elements. Furthermore, we use a pneumatic creasing head with an oscillating knife for processing cardboard and paperboard.
JWe are able to process materials such as:
We manufacture BLACKBIRD CNC milling plotters with working areas ranging from 500x700mm to 2100x2500mm. The Z-axis has a working range of 150mm or 200mm. This proven design incorporates many innovative solutions developed based on years of experience. This series of machines is primarily aimed at advertising companies, prototyping shops, packaging manufacturers, die cutters, and service providers. All BLACKBIRD series machines are equipped with a control system with dynamic vector analysis, smooth feed speed and spindle speed adjustment. The guides, ball screws, and optical limit switches are fully enclosed, ensuring minimal maintenance and cleaning.
BlackBird plotters are available in several versions. The most frequently chosen machine in this group is the one with the equipment shown in the photo. It has a 24000 rpm spindle without automatic tool change and a T-slot table.
T-slot tables made of anodized aluminum profiles make it extremely easy to secure materials. Another option is a vacuum table, which is perfect for securing large sheets of cardboard, paper, plastic, wood-based panels, aluminum sheets, and more. HDF boards are used as an intermediate layer between the table and the material. They are ideal for this purpose because they are breathable, so the material placed on them is secured. You can cut straight through elements without worrying about damaging the table. If they become damaged, they can be planed or replaced with new ones; the advantage is that they are inexpensive and readily available.
Device for cutting plotter self-adhesive foils.
Thanks to the OPOS system, it is also possible to cut along the outline of prints, thus creating stickers of any shape.
These plotters are often the only solution when using very thick or hard foils or for cutting non-standard foils such as magnetic, flocked or reflective foils.
A thermal cutter for precisely cutting shapes from foamed materials such as Styrofoam and Styrodur. Ideal for lettering, logos, and decorations.
